PLEASE READ: 
ALL family members will need to have all appropriate forms filled out in order to be enrolled, attend and participate in camp.  Meals and Trips are included in the prices (Sunday Dinner - Friday Lunch).  Any camper missing a meal or trip will not be refunded or credited.  All campers will be assigned to rooms with two double beds.  There are a select number of rooms available with king sized beds, these will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis.  Play Like A Pro can not guarentee adjoining rooms, etc. The hotel has the final say.  All meals, trips and itinerary are subject to change without notification.
